Russian strike on Zaporozhye: the number of victims increased to 4

At least 4 people died as a result of a night strike by Russians on a residential building in Zaporozhye on March 2, it was previously known about 3 victims of the invaders.

Kurtev’s direct speech: “Search and rescue operations are underway now. At present, 3 dead people are already known. At 8 am, 11 people were rescued.”

Updated at 10:55 AM . The Zaporozhye regional prosecutor’s office later reported that 4 people became victims of the Russians , 5 more people, including a child, are considered missing.

Literally, the prosecutor’s office : “According to preliminary data, four people were killed, eight were injured, five more are considered missing, including a child.”

The Secretary of the City Council recalled that 31 more people were evacuated and 7 people were hospitalized: 3 of them were in a very serious condition and 4 were in a moderate condition, including a pregnant woman.

As a result of the night strike, 2 more multi-storey buildings were damaged – light and water supply were disrupted there, windows were broken.  

According to Kurtev, now the city has a problem with the resettlement of the affected residents.

He explained that this is already the 9th high-rise building, which was destroyed by the Russians. In addition, the city received and provided housing for 200,000 migrants. Kurtev noted that the migrants do not want to go further – they all expect that their settlements are about to be de-occupied and they will be able to return home.
